It is the second-best time to swim in a pool of cold water, according to the Jerusalem Post.
“Swimming in the cold, dark, windy, freezing and windy can cause the eyes to flutter and eyesight to become blurred.
This can cause you to lose your balance and can cause your vision to become blurry,” the publication said.
The report also said that if you’re not up-to-date on your medications, “you will have a difficult time swimming, because you will not be able to maintain a steady swimming pace.”
If you do not understand the risks of your health conditions, don’t wear a mask, “don’t wear any clothes that contain a lot of liquids and don’t drink any liquids.”
You also have to wear goggles, gloves and a mask when you’re on the water, the report said.
Swimming should be avoided when the weather is clear, according the report.
You should not drink water that contains ice or salt, “and don’t use the hot water from the taps.
Do not touch the water.”
If swimming is your only option, you can wear a hat, sunglasses and a face mask to reduce the amount of ultraviolet light you are exposed to.
But, don`t put sunscreen in your eyes, the publication warned.
“If you`re swimming in a hot pool or the water is hot, the skin around your eyes will become very red,” it said.
